| Dear Representative Hutchinson; This will be the last letter you will receive on the subject of cancer, viral, bacterial and vascular diseases. I, have listed all the diseases as I currently have Patents on the Cancer, Viral and Bacterial diseases, and; my Application for Claims concerning Vascular Diseases has been accepted by the Patent Office for processing. Further information on my discoveries will be on my personal Web Page “Conversations with Col Joe”. This letter is sent, as a courtesy, as you and certain other members of congress will be featured on the page. I will no longer try to work within the “system”: And I have sufficient evidence to counter any criticism that I failed to do so. I like most Americans am now convinced that everything possible has and will be done to prevent a cure for cancer being made known. Thank God for the Web Again, I am sending you data which shows smoking does not cause cancer; making the trial against the tobacco industry the largest scam in the history of America carried out by trial lawyers. You are a trial lawyer, as is Lindsey Graham who also has received information from me. Following discussion of 2 sheets from one scientific study used to determine smoking “may be hazardous to health”, I, will explain how that became “smoking causes cancer”.. Of the 2 pages stapled together, study page marked 345 in the upper right corner, paying attention to the “Skin and Tumor of Lung” and the “Leukemia and “Mammary Gl Ca” numbers (yellow hi-lite); this data is critical to the teaching that “smoking caused cancer”: Now study the page marked 346, in the upper left corner, paying attention to the “Skin and Tumor of Lung” and “Leukemia and Mammary Gl Ca” numbers (green hi-lite). It should not be necessary to point out to you the differences or what the data teaches. I will to be sure you understand what the data teaches First; there are 150 mice total in Groups A and B; in which a combination of beta radiation and tar (cigarette) was used; mice in these Groups had totals of 87 mice with Skin Cancer and 85 mice with Tumor of Lung . There are 149 mice total in Groups D and E in which only beta radiation was used.; mice in these Groups had totals of 9 mice with Skin Cancer and 95 mice with Tumor of Lung. It is clear what caused Tumor of Lung in all Groups. And with knowledge that radiation decomposed oxalic acid in the blood of all Groups; would there been as many mice with skin cancer without radiation?? Also notice the difference in Leukemia and Mammary Gl. Ca numbers of cancer.. What that teaches me is that cancer starts in the weakest part of the body first. For certain the way they prepared the skin in Groups A and B; Skin Cancer would develop first and then Tumor of Lung next. And total number of Tumor of Lung in Groups A&B—85, and total number of Tumor of Lung in Groups D&E—97. There were 2 other Groups; one with 49 mice received only tar, and one with 44 mice (the control Group) received only acetone. These groups had the same types, but lower numbers of cancer than Groups A and B, and/or, D and E; except for Skin Cancer. I, want to emphasize this data was reported in the JOURNAL of the AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY Volume 14, 1961. and the study was funded by the Society and the National Institutes of Health. There was an earlier study, 1959 which data showed that tar did produce skin cancers, and data that X irradiation apparently acted as a systemic initiating agent of carcinogenesis. This study was in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute, Vol. 22, 1959; and these two studies caused the initial warning that smoking “may be hazardous to health” The third study to consider was a study of Mortality of Uranium Miners in Relation to Radiation Exposure, Hard-Rock Mining and Cigarette Smoking—1950 through September 1967, First presented June 1968. The basic data showed miners who smoked had 10 times more lung cancer than did non-smoking miners. There was no data showing the exact levels of radiation each were exposed to, or any data concerning diet or other environmental factors. It does teach however that radiation is a cause of cancer. I believe the results were influenced by a desire to show that smoking was bad and by a desire to protect scientists reputation by not admitting ignorance of the effects of radiation. Following presentation of this data, C. Everett Koop the Surgeon General established the government position that smoking “caused cancer”. There is no scientific data to support that conclusion in view of data published in 1968 that radiation decomposes OXALIC ACID, a normal element in human blood. My research teaches that oxalic acid prevents cancers from developing in human blood and/or reduces tumors. The next item; I believe is an effort by the government to further delay the discovery of a treatment for and prevention of cancer by a natural method; and exposing a simple inexpensive composition that can be used as a chemotherapy for emergency treatment of cancer. I am referring to the article about the award of $2.5 million to study food items. (enclosed) This is an absolute waste of taxpayer monies. All of this has already been accomplished. The U.S. Department of Agriculture has identified all of the Nutrients in the items mentioned in the first paragraph of the article. I have enclosed page 385 of Handbook 8-11 published by the U.S. Department of Agriculture which shows the Nutrients in spinach and oxalic acid is shown on a separate page. The Specification in my Patent contains the oxalic level in red grapes and blueberries. Watermelon and rice contain NO oxalic acid and would have no effect on cancer, heart or any other disease. I have written Dr. John White, Chancellor, University of Arkansas and included copies of the same page on spinach and a Notice Of Allowance of my Claims. The effort will only validate what I have discovered and will waste $2.5 million and contribute to the death and suffering of millions of citizens by delaying the recognition & acceptance of my discovery. This letter will be on my web page, as will a list of people I have contacted, including Members of Congress, government agencies, news media, including TV personalities, and various companies. Of course I will point out that the Republican Party and Republican Members Of Congress receive generous contributions from the pharmaceutical companies and doctors, receiving many more dollars than Democrats. What I have discussed in this letter is only a small part of the evidence that I will show on my page to convince the American citizens that there has been a cover up of this data dating back to 1945.
